  i wouldn't buy any big product from Kogan. very poor customer service for big item eg TV. My brother currently going through alot of trouble with his tv bought 3 months ago.

    I had a TV come cracked on arrival. No real hassle, had to just wait 5 days till they received the TV back (which they paid for) and confirmed it was dead. Then they sent me out a new one (free delivery)
