Used this mob recently and had to make a claim. Claims process was slightly more painful that it needed to be but they did eventually pay so can only recommend them.

Thanks OP. I used them in July as well: didn't have to claim - hope I never will - so can't say how good they are, but they were much cheaper both last time and this coming holiday o/s.
