I feel bad I posted a deal for these guys..
The meals are tiny and way overpriced
I wasn’t impressed with any meal I got as the taste & texture of microwaved meals is very misleading to the pictures.
The packaging is the worst for the environment and it all comes in a giant styrofoam box.
    I won’t be ordering again.

You're supposed to return them @ next order, or at least use it for something and not throw it away

Use the discount code when offered, was around $7 a meal which is the price of decent lunch
I have some bread or vegies with the meals

I live off microwaved meals and these guys are a few leagues above the usual McCain or WeightWatchers, On The Menu, or Lean Cuisine frozen meals
I'm not associated but taste wise I've picked a decent selection from whats offered and wish they'd be in business for a long time to come

Same here - beats my usual lean cuisine, weight watchers frozen meals. Although I'm stingy and pretty much only make use of YF if the coupon brings it to $5/meal.

    • How do you judge the taste by it's photo?, and fwiw I find youfoodz the best (taste wise) out of all (pre-cooked) food delivery services.
But like others I only buy them when the price per meal drops to $5-ish.

Most importantly, what is the minimum spend?

Alright. We get it. The meal sizes are small for a lot of people. Maybe put a sticky in every single youfoodz deal that the meals are small.

They are big enough for lunch - and I’m a big guy.

I know I'm pretty sick of reading it. Seriously how hard is it to cook a side? Still way less effort than cooking a whole meal.

    • for you

    • They aren't small if you consider what most people should be eating.

I find the meals fine size for me. I’m not a tiny person. All of the dishes I’ve tried which is most of them have had really good flavour. They are a million times better than any frozen meal, I also only buy if there’s a discount code. Because well, i am on ozbargain.

I’m with you. Like most of the meals. I’ve been caught out before with the high salt content with some meals but there are plenty of low salt options - you just need to look for them

Also - let’s be honest, most people have meal sizes that are too big (according to some reports). Let’s hope we don’t head the way of the mighty USA - and supersize everything.
