[Amazon Prime] Intex Canopy Island Inflatable Lounge $100.68 Delivered

After reading the good reviews on Amazon US, I ordered one. This is delivered through Amazon Global Store, free of shipping charge for Prime members. I reckon delivery from overseas will likely take about a month or so. Local prices are over $200. I plan to spend some time reading books lying on this in the pool and the canopy will help in the sun. Not a bad investment if you can think of a use for it (or go by OzB principle "buy first, think later"). Kids are likely to love this thing too. I am not sure about durability but am happy to take a chance for $100. Be mindful of the size (if it matters to you) before buying. Enjoy!

Very good price for a set of floor and table lamps. These are delivered from overseas (possibly US or China) through Amazon Global Store. Free shipping if you have Amazon Prime (if you have not become an Amazon member yet, even after the recent Amex 50% cashback offer, I will personally ask the moderators to dishonorably discharge you from OZB). I bought a couple yesterday and could not such say much about quality before receiving them. However, Amazon US reviews are decent. I reckon local prices at similar quality will set you back by around $300. Enjoy!

  I bought a couple yesterday and could not such say much about quality before receiving them.

  Given the US uses 110v and different plugs, will these lamps work here (at least without a stepdown transformer + plug)?

  The Intex island is awesome. We bought one about 2 and a half years ago and it's still going strong. I never got around to deflating it this winter, so it's been inflated in the shed and will need little more than a top up when the weather warms up. For reference, we bought it on sale @ Toys R Us for $180

  NOTE: This operates on 110V only. A step down transformer is required to be used in Australia.

  The light bulbs (if they come with the lamp) will be 110V, i'm sure you could just swap those for the 240V bulbs, and it should be OK. no need for a step-down X'former, just an adapter for the plug

  PS: just looked at the listing in detail and the floor lamp uses a 3-way bulb (not sure if we get these here)
