Logitech K375s Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard $17 (Was $47) C&C (Or + Delivery) @ Harvey Norman ($16.15 w/ OW Price Match)

2000

Greetings everyone, HN have just dropped their price even further by $5 from their previous offering, an excellent price for this keyboard. I believe this is the cheapest so far!

Price Match @ Officeworks before they update their pricing, or at JB Hi-Fi if you want to avoid Gerry.

The same price also applies at their sister stores: Domayne and Joyce Mayne.

If Officeworks tries to deny the price match to Harvey Norman, check Domayne and Joyce Mayne as they have stock in most states.

There isn't much stock anywhere at Harvey Norman, probably only available mostly for delivery, so price match will be the easiest.

Hello Ozbargainer - Need any advice, talk to a expert now."

    Wtf how they know

If you want to know the real answer: it is probably a referral / they know where you are coming from if you are clicking their link from a website and they saw it was from Ozbargain hence it knows.

If you want the hogwarts answer: MAGIC

      • +4

        MAGIC!!

    • +2

Redirect from OZB to HN and/or cookies is how they know

    • +7

I'd laugh if they were like

"Hello Ozbargainer. I want to play a game"

      • +2

How about a nice game of chess?

      • +1

"Hello Ozbargainer baby. want to play a game"

      • +1

this could either turn into "Game Night" or "Saw"…:p

I hope people learn how much tracking goes behind the scenes from your daily browsing.

Like when you or your wife are privately looking for help with a miscarriage and you go to a facebook link and suddenly, you're getting blasted with ads for medicine to help you or professional support lines in your news feed.

Price Match @ Officeworks before they update their pricing, or at JB Hi-Fi if you want to avoid Gerry.

LOL boycott Gerry!! He doesn't want to deal with us professionals! He has engulfed good ol' Joyce and old mate Clive :(

    Great price though :)

    • +9

Guns and ammunition are banned on OZB why can't we ban Gerry? He's a bigger threat to the average Australian.

      • +1

Not to mention, adult toys and magnets.

        • explain the magnets ?

        • +2

@AliensStoleMyMoney: I'm going to assume it has something to do with us being a nanny country now and that kids swallowing them and injuring themselves means none of us can enjoy them.

        • @potplanty: should we also ban Coles deals because "little shop" is promoting bleach as a children's toy?
Lol some people complain about anything.

        • @pennypincher98: Tell me about it.

  • Looks like there's some other deals on Logitech gear too - decent price on the standalone Harmony Hub for those with a Google Home:

    • +3

I'd rather pay full price than give a cent to that fat prick Gerry Harvey.

    • That hub is awesome. Now that I've linked in with Home Assistant, I don't even really need the (admittedly awesome) full remote any more. Just the hub can do most of the magic of setting up and starting activities.

  • +1

Thanks OP. Can't go wrong with $17 as a spare

  • +9

if you want to avoid Gerry.

Not me, I want to meet Gerry so I can give him a backhander.

  • +1

I really find this style of keyboard uncomfortable to type on with no wrist rest (really bad ergonomics) and the feel of the key stroke.

    • +1

      Thanks.

      P.s. Username checks out

      • I have been criticized many times for my username and have thought about changing it.

        • I've already asked before - they wont let you.

        • +8

          @Kill Joy: Username checks out

        • +7

          @Ugly: ha ha I hope yours doesn’t

  • Is K375 a big upgrade from K270? thanks guys

    • +37

      It is 105 more.

    • No.
k375 has fewer keys. But has Bluetooth-LE, as well as the usual logitech dongle.

Can switch between 3 devices easily, e.g. Desktop, phone, iPad. Useful for some.

  • +2

Why is there no mouse for this? I’m imagining myself using this on two computers, and not a phone. Thoughts?

    • +1

Lot of people already have a logitech unifying mouse but don't use the feature as such

    • +2

Microsoft Garage Mouse Without Borders if the computers are Windows machines. The keyboard focus follows the mouse.

Logitech MX Anywhere & Master are multi-device mice with Bluetooth and Unifying Receivers.

      • wow… is that free and works on any mouse ?

        • Are you asking about the software or the Logitech devices? The software is free and it should work with any mouse. I use it with a Logitech M570 trackball + laptop keyboard + laptop trackpad on one computer, and Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop on another. All devices operate interchangeably provided the computers are networked and user unlocked. It does not matter with which pointing device I move or on which keyboard I type.

        • @alvian:

          wow! thanks.

this is like free synergy software

      • how do i use my laptop keyboard on desktop PC ?

i hover the mouse over desktop PC , but typing/shortcut still executed on laptop

        Thanks!

EDIT: Ahh got it, using trackpad to hover over desktop, activates the laptop keyboard as well

wonder if i should plugin the mouse on my laptop if i don't want keyboard on PC

        • +1

In Windows 8 & up, the mouse pointer might be invisible if there is no physical mouse attached to the machine. Plug in an unused mouse or turn on Mouse Keys in Control Panel.

        • @alvian:

          Thanks !

Now my desktop PC don't need any keyboard or mouse :)

Just a laptop and display on my desk with the PC on floor… much cleaner & spacious

  • Delivery is 15 bucks and no local pickup available in Sydney.

    • +1

Go to JB and price match if you want, seems to be plenty of stock at JB in Syd

      • +1

Officeworks also no stock near Sydney, better go with JB but sometimes they will check to make sure HN have stock first.

      • +1

James Brayshaw didn't know what I was talking about and called security

      • I got it, went to JB and she price matched. Thanks mate

  • +1

Domayne cheapest delivery at 7 bux

  • Any idea on how to price match in melbourne? There doesn't seem to be stock anywhere here

    • Plenty of stock at JB in Melbourne if you want to price match there

      • They said that there has to be stock in Melbourne's postcode for the store that im price matching. Any tips?

        • +3

See if a mate wants one and buy 2 on line. Free delivery with your free Shipster account ?

        • +2

Arghh that's annoying, yeah as theclearout said, probably best to use a Shipster membership in some way as stock might be hard to get..

        • @theclearout: Great pickup, done that. Cheers

        • Domayne have delivery to Melbourne for $7.95

        • Shipster worked for me.

  • +3

Remember to update the firmware once connected. It will fix the sleeping issue. I'm using this keyboard for work. Great keyboard!

    • Thank you so much for your comment. I bought this keyboard in the last JB HiFi deal, and was infuriated with it. I complained to JB, and they didn't even mention it was a known problem, easily fixed. Now I can ype roper and get to ozbargain.com.au instead of zbargain.com.au, which doesn't get me very far.

      • +3

        Now I can ype roper

        You sure about that?

  • +1

Just placed an order at JB Hi Fi at blacktown, the team was all fine when i said that you could price match with Domayne.

  • By the look of the keyboard it is similar to K120 wired keyboard but is hands-on better?

  • I vaguely remember signing up to one of the Shipster 12 months things. Any idea on how I can check to see I am actually signed up? Id like to get a couple of keyboards..

    • +2

You can test it by making sure the email on Harvey Norman matches the Shipster email, and then get a cart of $25 or more, it should say Shipster has been activated at checkout if you have a subscription

      • doweyy that worked a treat cheers champion

        • +1

          Awesome :)

    • You should have a deliveroo and movie coupon in your inbox.

  • +2

Paid $16.15 at Officework Ryde after price match with domayne, used Coles MYER group gift Card.

  • +1

Any other reasonable deals to combine with to get above shipster threshold? Sorry for soliciting, I'm currently on mobile and just trying to browse their site is painful.

    • +2

Have a look here, much easier to sort by Price. Doesn't seem like they have too many deals on at a low price unfortunately.

    • a $10 gift card.

  • Keyboard does not live forever
time to get a new one now
    hah

  • Is there a mouse/keyboard combo that runs through bluetooth and does not require the receiver/dongle?

    • Is there a mouse/keyboard combo that runs through bluetooth and does not require the receiver/dongle?

A lot bluetooth combo from Logitech but no special at the moment.

  • Personal choice but I find the mechanism a little clunky. Adequate for a second keyboard but, for me, I wouldn't use it for intensive typing.

Try it out before buying to see if it suits.

  • What's with the weird "laptop" keyboard key style? The keys look flat and hard to use.

    I wouldn't buy this… unless it's for a multimedia system.

    • I wouldn't buy this… unless it's for a multimedia system.

I think people that buy it because of multi device so that they can switch over to type it on the phone or tablet fast.

      • Yes. I wouldn't buy it for that since the typing capacity is quite low.

        • Some people multitask a lot between PC and phone.

        • @superforever: ???

Yes some people do that. If they multitask a lot, I don't recommend this keyboard as it has laptop-style/flat keys which are extremely inefficient/uncomfortable.

  • 3 left on shelf at JB Hi-Fi, Garden City, Mt Gravatt and no issue with price match. Thanks OP!

    • +1

      You meant this? 😀

      https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/60614/60966/bb26c25c-1…

2 left, I just grabbed one.

      • Nice! Were you suspicious of the faded looking boxes as well?

        • +1

No I wasn’t I just picked the middle one, at first the lady didn’t want to match the price due to clearing stock and I told her that my friend just bought one a couples minutes ago 😂 and she checked the scanner and said ok no problem.

  • +1

Just got this for $15.68 from Officeworks, Wetherill Park. They will argue that they don't match Liquidation stock. But this is Clearance stock and there is a difference. The staff called their head office and agreed to beat the price by 5%.

    https://wikidiff.com/liquidation/clearance

    • +1

      but 5% off = $16.15?

    • Officeworks Preston didn't do price match, they said they don't do price match with clearance stuff.

      • They don't match Liquidation Stock, a clearance is not always a liquidation. https://wikidiff.com/liquidation/clearance

        • Bundoora officeworks denied price match too. They like the branch which did it is wrong and head office would never approve. 🤷‍♂️

Manager wouldn’t bludge and quoted their exceptions:

“Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)”

  • got denied for price matched at Officework Maribyrnong due to stock unavailable in-store so I have to pay shipping which comes to $23.70 so i agreed to pay $23.70.

  • +1

If you want this for a TV, consider getting something like the K400 Plus instead with built in touchpad - extremely convenient while on the couch etc.

    • +2

Second this. Best purchase I ever made for my couch PC.

    • I assumed nobody buy this for TV.

  • Great deal

  • +1

I reckon you can get this from any seller on eBay and ask them through chat for "best price promise" and get back the price difference + 5% eBay credit.
