We think the Motorola Defy is a great mid range android phone - it's water, dust and scratch resistant (ultra tough Gorilla Glass)! Plus it's cheaper than an iPhone. It's a great deal for a really tough phone, with a great screen resolution.

You can only get it from Telstra.

  I am really waiting for a catalogue service to be able to email me selected pdf's of catalogues i want to read. between this company and lasoo you would of thought someone would have come up with a way of doing this or providing a unique link with all the catalogs in one html page?

  anyways what is being put here as an offer is nothing special it is a simple re-advert of the telstra ad. why is this here?

  note: where is the blue tick car kit not just a cradle as an accessory and where is the external mount antenna? good idea needs some work as a phone to be called water and dust proof with scratch resistant screen

  So telstra has an exclusive phone, so what?

  $35/month ($39/mo + 3 months free) with $0 up front is standard for top of the range android. Bring it to this price, and I'll respect it. Any higher and it isn't a deal.

  Given that the Telstra website does not indicate that it is on special or reduced in price, I see no bargain here.

  Just it's normal price.
