Was searching for an alternative to my current Amaysim plan (the electricity is cheap but the gas has been very expensive).
Found this Amex Offer on the website. Although Globird seems to be a new company, I couldn't find any reported issues.
The code MYAMEX is not required if you access the link.

The text only mentions Electricity bill, but if you compare electricity and gas you will find the following information:
Electricity: 37% Pay on time discount on the entire bill!

  I finally got my first combined (gas and electricity - they took a long time to switch my gas account) bill today and, for my surprise, AUD 200 credit for referrals, which means I have a credit of more than AUD 100 for the next bill. :) That's my 5th invoice. Thanks to OzBargainers that used my referral.

  I still think they shouldn't have increased the rates after a few months and made me run to another provider. Globird has a lot to improve in terms of customer service (and the dodgy referral system).
  I'm switching to Tango for the electricity (promise of two years without an increase, but no contract) while still keeping Globird for the gas for now.
