Purchased on Mighty Ape- The camera looks nice and all. And the sound and mic seems to work well. but the supporting software is a joke, i can't even get it to run with skype ( mind you, that might be skypes problem too). Too many programs just don't support it yet or the driver for it are bad. The time i have spent trying to get this to work is more than its big price tag… Think long and had before jumping down this rabbit hole. I may even go back to my old web cam. - Does it really even need Logitechs software to be installed? I haven't tested this model but I normally just plug in cameras and off I go.
 - Yeah theres this review for sure, and then the millions of others you can google up praising it (tech sites etc) - I don't have one so I dunno, but its one of the very few that supports Windows Hello (facial recognition login) and the only one made by a company you recognise / will be reasonably sure will keep updating drivers for Win10. The only others are Mouse (doesn't even have mic LOL) and Lilbit. - To be fair the user reviews for this are a little bit more mixed compared to their other webcams, which you can see on Amazon (US). For example 25% give it 2 star or below vs 9% for the C922. I've still wanted one since it was released because I love Windows Hello on my Surface.

 - Whats the point when 720 is pointless cause of Australia's internet….. - 4k in house teleconferencing with your housemate or grandma haha lol

 - Aus internet can't even support 4K down, let alone up.
 - It was $211 at computer alliance with the 20%off 2weeks ago.
 - Is HDR actually a realtime hardware feature or just software based?
 - I have one. Great quality camera. I do a lot of video conf. for work and quite a few people have commented about how much better the footage at their end is compared to normal low quality cameras. - I bought it mostly for the Windows hello function.
 - This camera is meant for business videoconferencing use rather than the consumer market. It's a good cam but the software isn't as intuitive (or well-featured) as the C922 (which integrates with the Logitech Gaming Software suite) - Just need the 922 with a Windows Hello sensor please. :)

My dream of being a webcam hoe is getting closer
