Crashplan+ Online Backup Software/Service 15% off

70

Crashplan is having a promotion to get people who are unhappy about the recent plan changes to Mozy (another online backup service). As such they are having a 15% off discount for Mozy users. However if you go to the webpage it gives you the discount without any mention of Mozy or whatever.

I was using the trial version and I went thru the whole process to get a 2 yr subscription with the discount easily so it seems to be available to anyone.

  • Crashplan is great. Have the free version installed to backup my home pc to my work pc. You could do the same with a friend's computer and be each other's backups.

  • Agree - great deal - already went for it a few days ago.

I went for the 4 year plan Unlimited which sells for $119 USD with this discount - basically $30 per year for unlimited off-site cloud backup. They also have money back guarantee so if after 1 year you found a better deal or decided to stop you'd still get $90 refunded.

I've got it set-up on a Windows Home Server backing up all my shared files.

    • where does it offer the 4yr @ 119?

      • I can't get to the website from work but from memory on that link there is a number of option to add a subscription to your cart. Like month to month for $5 per month, or 1yr, or 2yr, or 3yr or 4yr is the max. gets slightly cheaper per month the longer you buy.

The $119 is the discount price from the post. I think the regular price from memory is $140 (and actually doing the math that works out as well). Just make sure you use the mozyonover link above and you will see in your cart on the left (before you even add something) it states a 15% off discount.

        • yep, you are rights…thanks
