        That worked thanks, but didn't give me any confirmation after submitting the form..

        Last time this was posted (about a week ago) it was removed as it was expired, I think it still is but maybe they've added some more.

      So to update this, despite the website saying they are out of samples, the email eventually came through saying i would receive my sample.
