Happy hump day, OzBargain!

I've got your groceries sorted for the week, with cases of Great Northern at $12.00 per each.
Promotional Maximum of 4 per order.

I checked out with four cases plus a pack of coffee machine pods to get my order over $50.
$4 extra for Sydney Metro delivery.

I've received a confirmation email, with delivery due tomorrow afternoon. Will see how this goes.

      Can you post receipt? I want to see if anyone of us can get Coles to honour the deal. I think they are making it worse for themselves by claiming they can't honour due to stock issues. I've already sent an email saying I am happy to wait for stock or go and buy it from my local Liquorland, will see what they say to that.

        Liquorland wont honour and it all goes through coles online it depends on time of order. Some will get it some wont.

        Stock issues is true on average stores only have say 16 or so cases and if everyone ordered 4 its not happening

    I think they are monitoring this thread and realise they got themselves into a hole. They originally claimed it's due to lack of stock (and therefore in line with T+C's should be providing a substitution), but NOW a new email claiming it's a price error? Is that legal??

    They took the full amount off my credit card at 12:30pm so thought I might be one of the lucky few to get my four cases of beer, then at 12:45pm emailed me to say they have been removed from my order due to a pricing error.

    Let's see how long this takes to reverse.

      So my order was cancelled, refund pending and then the driver just delivered 4 slabs.

      Now I have 4 slabs and a refund pending? Who knows what happens now!

      Very interesting, lucky you. I also had my order cancelled, but got a text message at about 7:45 that said they were on their way and would be here within 30 minutes, but they didn't turn up. Guess no beer for me :(

    Interesting experience.

    My friend had all 4 slabs delivered after his order was cancelled. Wasn't charged. Got 200 dollars worth of beer for free.

    My order was cancelled, but the truck still turned up without the beer. The driver made me pay for delivery of $4 worth of stuff (to make up the 50 dollar minimum).

    Well, I used the line of shouldn't you be substituting if it's not avaial

    And they replied by law we are not allowd to substitute alcohol

    I had 2 orders and they gave me a $10 credit,.
    I suggested, do I get 2 x $10 and they said only 1 credit.

    Oh well.
