Their M950 price is their normal price on their (LTS's) eBay listings.

    • They seem to be $79 on eBay? Link

      • That's strange… was $69 during their uber sale when LTS direct shop was at 59..

Any chance of a sale price on the Pure-Fi Anywhere 2? I remember them being around $75 before?

  • I don't know if anyone can help here - I am trying to checkout but in the "payment information" it gives me two choices - (a) paypal and (b) paypal. No options for credit card or anything. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks!

    • They only deliver to paypal verified addresses, so you will need a paypal account. Paypal accounts can be linked to your credit card.

      • Thanks Domingo :)!

  • +1

I saw the MX518 and thought "crap, I bought that a month ago and now it's on sale!?!?", but I look at the price and it's only $1 less than the price I had bought it for off their ebay store O.o… really good mouse though.

    • Yeah the MX518 is a nice mouse.

  • +2

The Z2300 price is pretty average. Its $132 at MSY.

  • Cheers! Just got the Wireless Mouse M305 in Pink for $19 - what a steal!

  • sweet post.

and don't forget.. officeworks will beat by 5% (i got the logitech k800 for $95 from officeworks in buranda)

    • +3

Why would you go to Officeworks just for a measly 5% off and screw over LTS? Support LTS who is the one pushing down the prices.

      • +1

The concept of supporting those who make it happen, rather than the followers, seems to have gone. Bizarre.

(Besides which, free shipping is surely worth five per cent, unless you live right next to OW.)

        • Why won't I buy from LTS and go to OW instead?

Because I don't have a verified PayPal account, and don't want to have one for particular reasons which I will not explain here.

        • Paypal also no longer accepts new Amex cards. Returns/warranty are also a factor.

      • Maybe convenience. If OW was next door I would just go there instead of wait for item to be shipped.

        • Well, that was exactly what I said…

        • +1

Although, LTS shipping is usually overnight, most times if you order by about 7pm you get it the next day (during a sale).

Sometimes it is a day after if the sale has been running all day though, which by the increase in order numbers makes sense as they can only get so many packages out per day.

        • +1

          Deleted

        • @Domingo
I had to wait 2 days for mine to be shipped out.. after that, I got my UE220s the next day by Australian Air Express courier.

      • -4

If you actually want to pick it up cheaper then why not support officeworks? why would anyone support LTS except those with an addiction to Logitech product myself i like to change and try different brands

because you buy somewhere else you dont screw over LTS, thats the most bizarre statement i have heard

        • +3

So you can't see a connection here between LTS setting a price, and then a consumer being able to get that price beaten at OW, which otherwise would not happen? How strange…

        • -5

Why would this not happen without LTS

        • +6

OK, walk into OW and tell then you want the item for X price. Don't mention LTS. See what happens.

          Deadset.

        • -5

Settle Pettle, you did realise there was price matching before LTS

        • +4

          No kidding?

I assumed you were responding to the posts you hit "reply" to, not just making random observations that just happened to land in this LTS thread.

        • +1

I reckon he must be trolling, any other explanation would be offensive..

      • my main reason:

because I could return the keyboard 'no questions asked' within 2 weeks if it didn't suit me.
this is pretty important because I use it a lot and I have a unique hand due to a car accident.

LTS couldn't offer me similar support.. so why should I support them?

        • +1

How is that relevant to the initial post: "and don’t forget.. officeworks will beat by 5%"?

        • Mic Cullen said:
"How is that relevant to the initial post: “and don’t forget.. officeworks will beat by 5%”?"

It wasn't supposed to be relevant to my initial comment.
It was meant to be a reply this loaded question/comment:

Saiya- "Why would you go to Officeworks just for a measly 5% off and screw over LTS? Support LTS who is the one pushing down the prices."

        • So that's why you didn't mention any of that to start with, just the extra discount? Of course. No idea how people thought it was about the discount, then.

        • +3

Nothing wrong with mentioning an extra 5% discount (that never needs justification). This is OzBargain.

Whats with all the LTS worshiping? Yes they are pushing down prices, but ffs stop pushing your loyalty onto others.

        • -1

Why is it so hard to work out that OW wouldn't be giving the discount if LTS weren't around to give the lower price to begin with?

Honestly, for a few people here, "long-term thinking" is deciding what to have for lunch.

        • +3

It's not hard and I fully support other people taking their business to LTS. But I'll shop where I want, and I expect other people to be able to do the same without needing to justify their decisions to overzealous people on the internet.

FYI: I did buy from LTS

        • -5

FWIW, I don't particularly care where people buy stuff. It's the stupidity of the arguments (and the blatant ignorance) that get to me.

        • +4

Mic Cullen: "So that’s why you didn’t mention any of that to start with…"

Once again: My comment was a reply to a question.
FWIWIMHO: My comment was a reply to a question.

You see.. that question hadn't already been asked at the start.
So it was impossible to put my reply in the opening post.

With your superior 'long-term-thinking' skills I'm sure you can see into the future and give replies before answers. I am just a mere mortal and must resort to the standard methods of human interface.

          p.s.
My comment was a reply to a question.

        • +3

Mic Cullen "..It’s the stupidity of the arguments (and the blatant ignorance) that get to me."

The psychological workings of us mere human beings are -simply different- to your superior processes.

          Try not to be frustrated.
(it signals that you believe the world should only hold identical copies of yourself.. bizzare)

        • -4

No, it signals that people should think a little. Yes, even a little would be an improvement if they can't see that reasons that OW does the whole "price match - 5%" thing, and that without competition they can charge what they want.

        • +2

          Your point seems to be:
Stupid blatantly ignorant people are those that don't agree/think/believe that OW5% discount should be ignored as it is a plan to destroy online retailers such as LTS then jack up the price.

I'm fairly sure they aren't going to put LTS et al out of business.
LTS don't even seem to have a phone number for people to call.

OW with its large overheads couln't sustain competition with an online business.
It may be, that despite the discount LTS offers, LTS still get more net profit from a sale than officeworks do with their normal prices. Yet you suggest I should ignorantly support their offer?

Perhaps LTS will destroy the retail tech sector:
Perhaps people should think a little. Yes, even a little would be an improvement if they can’t see that the reason LTS does the whole “special" thing.. is that without retail tech competition they could charge what they want.

        • +3

          @Mic Cullen
Before there was LTS there was and still is www.staticice.com.au
OW stores are stingy with pricematching, and since LTS doesn't have a phone line to contact, most if not all OW managers will use this excuse to worm their way out of pricebeating (and LTS' slightly different warranty terms, i.e. both have 3 year manufacturer but the retailer's warranty is probably different and OW managers will use that against you)
Of course to every deal, there is a gentle reminder of OW's 5% pricebeat, just keep in mind OW's stingy managers at the same time.
I don't get your view of attacking someone else's post mentioning an even cheaper price is available? We choose where we shop. LTS is great with prices and delivery, but if you can be bothered to save more and live very close to OWs, then go there instead and have a gamble with chances for a cheaper price (depends on the manager on duty).

        • -4

I think you need to read the whole thing before commenting, actually. Then you might have seen the bit about living right near one, etc.

You might also have seen I wasn't "attacking someone else’s post mentioning an even cheaper price is available", because that price isn't "available", it is "possibly avaialble, as a result of the first shop's price", which is significantly different.

Anyway, the concept of doing the right thing by the shop that has the low initial price is clearly a bizarre one to some people, which is kinda weird, but I guess if you can save a dollar today and in the process enable Coles to take over the emtire retail sector so we never have competition, then that's cool, right?

        • +1

Mic Cullen.. "doing the right thing by the shop that has the low initial price.."

Without a contact phone number or address.. LTS is hardly a shop in the traditional sense.
There is no reason for me to feel I should do right by them.. I can't even talk to them.

        • -4

They're willing to exchange your money for goods - I'd suggest that's a fair definition of a shop. Also, you clearly think they're one if you expect OW to pricematch.

None of this is difficult, usually.

        • +1

having a problem with the term 'Traditional' are we?
Usually narcissists at least pretend to have some command of the english language.

        • -3

I thought you'd struggle to make less sense than before, but you've achieved it. Well done, I guess. You might also want to look up words before you use them, rather just parroting words you've seen used elsewhere.

What possible relevance does "traditional" have here? Is OW traditional - a huge barn selling office gear? Please.

Anyone would think you were trying to take this off track for some reason, possibly because the simple argument being advanced is still a little tough to comprehend.

Anyway, willful ignorance - such as that demonstrated here - will no doubt remain so. Have a nice day.

        • +2

Personality types/disorders formed part of my tertiary qualification.

So, out of academic interest, please elighten me as to what personality disorder you are suffering from that makes you feel so above everyone else?

  • Any chance of G110 being cheap again? Missed out the first time!

  • G9x Up for grabs again
    N100 up for grabs again

    • I'll update.

  • Can someone tell me if there is a definite finish date?

    • I need to know this too

    • Okay, no making fun of the store owner :)

It said on the Facebook page this morning, so probably won't last too much longer.

  • G700 up now for $90….. although $5 more than it was in the last sale :(

    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/39065

    • Lol yeah the G27 went up $4 too.

I guess its not much when it costs $340+ anyway, but it teaches you to pay attention, doesn't it?

  • What's everyone's opinion on the wireless solar keyboard?

    • It's not for sale on amazon US unfortunately.

The one review on amazon UK looks reasonably thorough.
      Amazon UK link for K750

  • +2

All I want is the G19 to go on special again :-(

    • How much was it last time?

      • Last few sales 120 and 124 I think.

      • hugs my g19

btw the g19 needs power. If I knew that before hand I probably would have got the 505 instead…

        • +1

Haha yeah I had to unplug something in this room to plug it in :( Stupid 4x powerboard, 8x poweboard and 6x powerboard not being enough.

        • +1

          Jealoussssssssssssss

  • If ONLY I needed any of this stuff. I've already bought the universal remote (650). I can't justify a new keyboard and mouse when I have an x6 & a g5 still doing the trick… but i'd really, really like to. Great sale. Only wish I had more cash, and more need for this stuff. That is SUCH a sweet price for a g15.

    • Yeah, I wish I could bring myself to buy that rather than the G19…

      • +2

Don't do it man. Multi-coloured backlighting is totally worth the extra cash.

But I get really annoyed at this site. It's meant to SAVE me money, but I just end up buying all this stuff that I don't need, but I want, because it's cheap.

It might be cheap, but it all adds up.

        • +1

Yeah, that's what I figured, so I'm holding out.

So you're saying the site works really well? :-)

    • I totally don't need a G13, but my willingness to pay is $40.

As for the G5, I upgraded mine when the feet died :( I'm sure I could get new feet somewhere, but new mouse was fun too.

  • just a heads-up. z-2300 back in stock.

  • +1

Sale ending shortly at around 8:00pm

    • +1

      ended now

  • Very impressed. Ordered after 5.30pm yesterday, delivery confirmation around 6.50pm and turned up this morning at 8.10am by AAE!!

  • perfect service.. mice delivered today (overnight courier even with the free shipping option) Excellent work guys! thank you!

  • That's awesome delivery times, yeah. Nice work. I could have my G19 if they''d offered it this time around :-(
