      auto club member eg racv or nrma, think it is around $30 per year without road side for RACV when I paid last year,

        That's cheap, RAA is up to around $100 now per year (if memory serves) just for the most basic membership. And they discontinued their excellent range of fold-out maps covering the entire state as well!

      I was not kidding, not sure why I was down voted. Someone in the previous deal had the same issue but they said they used another device and the discount was then applied.
