    So does this mean it's 20gb for $20 a month, for six months?

    I'm on Spintel 10gb for $26 a month, month to month at moment.

      The Lebara Large 180 Day plan has one off pre-payment of $119, and an expiry of 180 days.

      This prepaid plan comes with 16GB data, unlmimted calls & txt in Oz and unlimited calls to 18 select countries. These inclusions reset every 30 days.

      If you purchase this product before 31st August 2018 and activate the SIM prior to the 16th September 2018 - you will receive a bonus 4GB every 30 days until the product expires.

      This will take your total data balance to 20GB every 30 days, for a total of 180 days.

      You can also purchase & recharge a maximum of 4 of these products at once, meaning the next 180 day recharge will kick in straight after the old one expires. If you would like to use this option, please ensure you activate & recharge before the 16th September, in order to continue receiving the 4GB bonus every 30 days.

      Unfortunately you only get 6 months at the discount rate. To extend it you need to buy the 'recharge' voucher rather than the new sims and the recharge is not discounted ($26/month VS $19/month). If you plan on buying 4x new SIM you only get 60 days to activate them so you can't roll over from your previous 6 months sadly.

        When I rang Lebara this morning I was told the voucher is valid for 90 days and can be recharged after 16 September but didn't think to ask if that includes the extra 4gig..could be wrong but I suspect not..

          Thanks. I bought the starter pack and then after receiving it I wanted to buy a 180 day recharge and they weren't discounted. They must've amended this on the website, just bought 2. I'm set until Feb 2020 now :)

      When does the 4GB recharge bonus expire?
      4GB rechrge bonus expires on 16th September, 2018. Customers making a recharge on or before 16th September will get 20GB data, instead of 16GB per 30 days. Offer valid on Large 180 Day Plan only. Applies to new and exisiting customers

      What happens if I recharge after 16th September, 2018?
      Vouchers must be used within 60 days of purchase. However, if a recharge is made after 16th September, customers will only get 16GB of data instead of 20GB.

      Will need to port out to an optus/telstra sim card and then port back in. You get until the 16th of September to activate it so you can order it now from Lebara, go to the shops and buy a $2 sim and port your number to that then port back when the Lebara sim comes in the mail.

      Once the transaction is complete, an e-pin will be emailed to you within 48hrs (typically within the first 4). You can then use this e-pin to recharge your existing Lebara service with this product. No need to port out.

      Correct. Alternating Retail and Wholesale completely fine using that process.

      Easy jumping from VR to VW (Kogan, Lebara) within an hour time frame.

      Catch Connect on OW appears flavour of next month though; double bang per buck, twice the landmass coverage. Vodafone would do well getting sharp on the competitive front Wholesale once more. (Have another fortnight before I'm out..)
