there is no cloud service in Australia at the moment, so you need to connected to camera to view.

You better have a huge amount of storage space to be recording in 4K.
i have other wired camera in 4k, but there will be two streams, 8mp when recording, 2mp when viewing on the phone.
how good are the wifi cams with the wifi NVR? say when you use 8 of them. no issues with frame rate ? online streaming?

Can I setup 4 of them with PoE, then the Vault DVR connected to the same network? I mean 4 camera connect to PoE same network with the DVR but NOT connect directly to the DVR. Will this work? Can I view all the camera on DVR? Thanks.

yes you will need a POE switch to connect four poe camera, and the NVR needs to be connected with your router, then you will be able to view the cameras via nvr. For apps, you can use the Ezviz apps from ios/android store, i did not try hik-connect, but i think it should be fine.
What is the difference between these ones and the normal hikvision PoE cameras?
Basically, there are not much difference, both of them are made by Hikvision, they are from different channels, normal hik product are distributed through installers, and they are normally in kit, but Ezviz are normally through retail channel, and can be more easily work standalone, and each camera has a micro sd card slot.
