A small slurpee is 80ยข in the stores around me. And despite it not being in the terms and conditions (that I have read anyway) the free coffee on the app is not eligible to trigger the half price promo =(

Which food item do you buy?
When this offer was on previously, I would usually get a $7 sandwich and an iced coffee. $5.50 lunch!
Surprising they are doing this offer at peak time - I could understand it more if it was outside of these times!
I don't know if it is peak time for 7/11. I have never in my life thought about going there for lunch. Now it is enticing.
Do any of the items taste any good?
Their Pastries are all pretty good. As are sandwiches. The Sushi I've had at the taste testings have been ok, but haven't bought any of them since they were released in stores.
Sorry, but will definitely NOT recommend the sushi, they're borderline inedible!
My local store said the coffee wasn't included even though it says any drink..

Pasties, sausage rolls etc are $3 regularly, so $2.50 for coffee and a bite!
There is a mini sausage roll I think it's called a traveller's or something, for $2, so maybe $2 for that and a coffee.
I've been using the Hungry Jack app for lunch under $4.5 (the occasional free fries/coffee/coke has been greattt) lel but this bargain is pretty alright for the sandwiches and pastries I reckon. Agreed with the other comment in this thread that mentioned that the sushis are cold and hard to eat
