Not sure what the contents of the gift bag are, but uniqlo makes a pretty decent small tote bag, so the bag itself may be the gift.

It's a store that has good quality basics at prices that are quite low for the level of quality that you're getting.
They sometimes use really nice materials (they might have, say, an angora sweater or something like that) but you're not paying exhorbitant prices
They have cheap but not terrible t-shirts, heat-tech range being my winter under clothing staple.
Cheap, fun sock and underwear designs.
