      I had this problem.

      I just remembered that I had changed my primary address to a US address for one of those US sitewide deals..

      Just switched it back to Aus, then tried the 'PCSAVE' coupon and it worked.

      Might want to see whether you share that issue.

      Not promising all orders will be invoiced today, let alone ship, though most will. Already many hundreds of orders behind with many per min coming in. If you plan to order a Samsung SSD send us a ebay message after ordering asking for a copy of the invoice. We will try to get through those this evening and email off invoices in cases where they are done. We usually don't create the invoice till the order is going on a shipping manifest at the end of the process.

      While we will be working most of the night and only have a couple of hours break before starting again — that will barely clear todays daytime orders. Orders placed this evening we most likely won't get to till early hours of the morning or later in the weekend so if you want any chance of claiming that rebate, order asap AND understand some probably won't be processed in time. If that's a issue, please don't order.

        Bit of a update. We put some pressure on Samsung over their cut off and it seems now it will be OK to claim after the close date. I am told they are changing their website shortly to reflect that.

        Note the rebate is not directly under our control, so i can't promise…seems like it will be OK though as long as we can get those orders invoiced today. Am hassling our people to get something in writing from them and will also take a look for Samsung SSD orders still not invoiced before midnight and see if we can get the outstanding ones done.

          Emailed from Samsung and we also got them to update their how to claim on their website "As per our telephone conversation registration for the Samsung NVMe SSD Cashback Promotion 2018 closes on the 28th September 2018 as listed below."

          Promotion still finishes today, but can claim after you receive the order.

      Would like to say yes, but its our of our control, and apparently ebays marketing people also have no short term influence to get stuff done.

      Can't say I'm happy about it, but trying not to be too harsh. Its a good deal and helps out buyers and sellers, just wish whoever is writing the selection algorithms understood the importance, I suppose, of avoiding creating irritations over a awesome deal for minimal $. They are detracting from the value of their own good idea with poor management and execution.

    I can’t seem to check out with an item. Keep getting errors. Is it because I purchased 5 components from computer alliance for my new PC build? How can I purchase from the store now?

      3 uses of up to $5k each should work. Our only store restriction is max 25 items over a short period of time. Maybe try adding just one part to the shopping cart 1st, go to checkout, try applying code but don't order. If the code works add the other gear to the cart and try again. Otherwise, we don't have access to the checkout of payments system, so you would need to refer it back to eBay.

    Shame no pickup. Don't really care about the $15 delivery charge but I now have to wait a week for my order where as I'm only 15mins from the store and would have been great to pickup tomorrow and install/enjoy my purchase.

    Couldn't resist. Bought an i7-8700k, CoolerMaster Hyper 212X, 16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance Ram at 3200MHz, and an ASUS ATX PRIME Z370-A. All up total cost after coupon and cashrewards: $991. Ouch. Should be able to get the most out of my 1080ti finally though!

    I wanted to get an Noctua DH-15 cooler instead, but I don't think it would've fit in my case plus they sold out.

    Anyone having issues with payment? I've tried thrice to purchase a few items and got beyond the checkout page, however the order is labelled as "Your payment is pending." After a few minutes it ends up as a cancelled order saying "Your payment didn't go through, so the order was cancelled. Please pay for this item again."

    Contacted eBay support via chat and they mentioned "the sellers PayPal account it seems that he has a limitation issues." :/
