    the deal is where?

  • Hey Joey, Click on the link under the image - Item is approx $10+ cheaper that what is in stores.

    https://hellodrinks.com.au/collections/craft-beer-city/produ…

    • Price of 24 cans is cheaper at Dans at their regular retail price

      • Hey mate - This is a 30 pack, The 24 pack is on our Site for $46.99 (Dans $51.90 today)

        • +1

Dans says $48.95 per case of 24 cans for me but if that's the case your 24 pack deal is way better than the deal you've posted

  • hmmm Byedrinks… normally under $50 for 24

Hey mate - This is a 30 pack, The 24 pack is on our Site for $46.99

So this is actually 20c/can cents more expensive than the 24 pack? Perhaps you should post that deal instead?

        • The 24 packs appears to be 330ml, whereas the 3x 10 packs are 375 ml.

        • @RichardL:

The hellodrinks site actually says 375ml in one place and 330ml in another place (in smaller letters not sure what to believe) on the 10/30 pack link.

Dan murphy's has 2 different sizes (As different products) 355ml and 330ml.

I wonder if James Squires actually makes all these different sizes for different retailers.

        • -2

@salmon123: Just confirming they are 330ml cans in the 30 pack, they are made for different retailers, the 30 pack is a convenience pack that usually sells in 10 packs, which is usually around $30ish.

        • +1

@Hellodrinks: Oh, in that case Durphy is cheaper. No pun intended.

      • Hey Mate…Im refering to the 345ml bottles for under $50 …no deal mate…whats your point?

  • +2

You are gonna have to up the ante on these 'deals' or you'll get shredded in here.
That price works out more expensive than Dan Murphy's.

    • Note the one being sold at Dan Murphy's are 330ml, whereas the one from this post is 375ml (according to the site).

      • -1

Typo here Richard, this has been corrected.

      • Good point. Comes up as 345ml stubs and 355ml cans for me at Dans.
Strange that there are 2 different can sizes going around. Old stock?
Wasn't 375ml standard-ish before alot of beers were reduced to 330 and 345 etc?

        • +1

Disregard my comment, as the rep made a typo on the website. It actually 330ml.

    • -2

We've just sold 10 cases in the past few mins from this deal, 6 cases left. I don't believe Dans have the 30 pack(3 x 10) in stock. They generally charge $73.99 on their other James Squire 30 packs, and today $51.90 on their 24 packs. We seems to be cheaper on both.

      • +1

$5.77 per litre vs $5.86 per litre (in WA)
        You're a nose in front.
So you'll get a few a sales by the uneducated and locals, I would of thought.
        Anyway, good luck!

edit: that was based on yours being 375ml which they aren't.

Stack with 10% off sign up coupon?

    • -1

Hey mate, When you register your account on our site(takes 30 seconds), you get $10 off your first purchase over $99 ;)

      • +3

I got a pop up window offering 10% off my first purchase. It's really (profanity) annoying when you play word games to get my email address. I appreciate your honestly on the forums, but I'll shop somewhere else for the time being.

Note that if I see the same pop up on the next deal, I'll neg the deal.

  • Thats 2 offers thats available to you, 10% is for new customers, $10 is ongoing for all customers who may not have used it previously or set up their account. Sorry for any confusion caused.

    • Neat - any order minimum on the 10% off deal?

    • Is there any way to stack the 10% new customer discount and $10 ongoing customer discount? Then we'd have a deal!!!

    • I signed up for your mailing list … no sign of my 10% off coupon

      • Hey mate, can't bundle together I'm afraid, we'd go out of business. You should receive your discount instantly on screen, or by email, if not you can message [email protected] and they'll pull it up for you

        • No email - no instant coupon. Still waiting.

I wasn't actually interested in buying the deal, just wanted to see if it was a generic code, so I could post the deal.

  • +2

I wonder who at hellodrinks decided to post this deal.

They actually have 2 x 24 cans for $84, which is massively better than this deal (possibly less profitable for them). I didn't check the shipping. Just need a $16 filler item to qualify for the sign up bonus.

  • You need a helmet with some of this bodyline bowling…. sorry mate.

  • Dan Murphy's Holland Park - 24 x 355ml cans $48.95 = $5.74/l
    This deal - 30 x 330ml cans $64.99 = $6.56/l

    • You can get get for 4.77/L from hello drinks if you buy the 2 x 24 back for $84 and stack with the 10% off mailing list coupon.

I'm still waiting for my 10% off coupon, before I post the deal.

      • Grr - no inventory … I guess they're just baiting people.

  • +1

Seems really odd to post the most expensive deal they have on One Fifty Lashes cans.

    24 cans = $1.98 can
    30 cans = $2.17 can
    48 cans = $1.75 can

    • most expensive = most profitable. Makes perfect sense to me.

    • Hey mate, Its a stock clearance deal, trying to clear out over stocks ahead of Summer. @salmon123 it ain't based on profit, we are selling these flat price, no profit.

      • -1

@salmon123 it ain't based on profit, we are selling these flat price, no profit.

Huh? Look at the numbers @dazweeja posted. You should offer him a job in your purchasing department (and fire whoever is purchased the 30 packs).

Perhaps, look at getting into a business where you actually make some money. Oh wait, you might already be in the clickbait business by getting me to sign up for your mailing list and not sending me a coupon.

      • wait so its near best before date?

    • So strange. A deal, this is not.

  • Negging deal, because I signed up for their mailing list and I didn't get my 10% off coupon. It's been 20 mins already. I already checked that I didn't make a typo or have it go to spam.

  • It's an OK beer but it ain't a craft beer.

    • +1

Easily fixed, the retailer can wear a plaid shirt and twist the ends of his mustache with bees wax and have a giant over priced takeaway coffee cup on the counter by the register.

I really enjoy this beer for its taste and refreshment and also the lack of hangover the next day. A good beer in my book.

      • Never said it wasn't a decent beer. Was responding to the OP calling it a craft beer.

        It's not.

  • +1

Mate, $65 for tap water seems a bit steep.

    • HaHaHa we laughed hard at this one :)
