    However the main difference between O2 and Vodafone is
    O2 have a cap of 10GB in the EU and the other 10GB must be used in the UK.
    
    On the other hand Vodafone has no caps and can be used in its entirely in any of the 49 destinations.

I think this means I can put the SIM in my phone and create a hotspot that my laptop can connect to, but I can't put the SIM in a tablet and create a hotspot that my laptop can connect to. Is that right?
