      Yes, it eliminates ambient noise. This thing reduces 90% of noise. While in the train, you can barely hear the train, but still hear the announcements.

    Never trust fake Amazon reviews. Always google the product and see if you can find any Youtube videos of it etc.

    About Amazon reviews, I'm sure Amazon has a system to prevent such fake reviews. If they are still live, I'd think that they are genuine? I mean, Amazon is a huge company that I'm sure is able to deal with such fake reviews, no?

      My comment may be bias, but TaoTronics are cheaper, but you get what you pay for… This NC75 cancels noise up to 93%.

      Ever since I went wireless, I didn’t look back. I only recently upgraded to these anti noise cancelling ones, and again, I didn’t look back. These are light, comfy, quiet, and great sound too. You should try it for sure.

        I read that some ANC headphones (maybe not these in particular) have a buzzing sound when turned on. Is that the case with this pair?

          There's no buzzing sound. In fact, you hear a void. It may feel weird for a few seconds, but you'll get used to it. Imagine living in space, that's what void here means…

          @TeesAndSuchAustralia: Just arrived today. First time using anything with noise cancelling. It's so strange hearing things around me, then suddenly half the sound is gone.

          Quite good, Comfortable. Sound quality is not bad. Happy with it.
