This is fixed with firmware update which you're prompted on when you install the app

  • Thanks OP for the great find! Been eyeing for this for a while. I've got the Take20 offer from eBay too so that was nice.

Thanks to the reviews / comparisons - just got some jabra elite 65t from skycomp for $193 + delivery. Came to $213 delivered to QLD.
Be aware that this isn't for the active version.
From what I've read, I wouldn't notice the difference.

Been waiting to get some replacement headphones and seem to have lost my crappy jaybirds today.
From the youtube reviews the Bose look a bit ridiculous, and the lag is unforgivable if watching video.

    • How do you find the music quality compared to your jaybirds? Particularly hows the bass?

      • I've literally just bought them.

I came from x2s and the sound quality is much better, bass as well.

        • Awesome, that's what I'm coming from

    • Yeah.. they somehow look like beetles

  • Are they the in ear canal type or do they just go in the canal a tiny bit?

I have the soundsport wired and I really like the feel like they are the best fit for me. I havent found a pair of in canal earphones that work with me.

    • I am similar. I had the Jaybird X3s and they hurt my ears. If you have the Soundsport Wired, I believe they will be very similar (if not the same). I have these now and was coming from SoundTrue Ultra. The Ultra's went in a bit deeper than the SoundSport Free's. I think being "Sport" they are designed to still allow you to hear outside noise for safety. Very comfortable for me.

  • I had a pair of Bragi earphones and I eventually used them essentially as independent mp3 player due to the 4GB onboard storage - I could go out without my phone and listen to music. I really like using them this way - but I don't want to splashout for another par since the others died just over 2 year out… any one know of earphones with similar onboard storage capability?

Are these the same thing Mr Flog himself, Lewis Hamilton, is always wearing?

  • May as well get a wooden volume knob for them while you're at it.
