Saw this is my Seller Dashboard, assuming it's available to everyone who has eBay Plus provided your seller account is at least "Above Standard"… but might be targeted further. So check your dashboard if you have Plus!

        Not a duplicate, the deal you posted is for 10 items.
        This one is for 20 items and is specific to eBay Plus members.
