Time to start working out! I think this is the first time this app is free (previous lowest was $1.39 which is the current price).

Rated 4.6 with no ads but has IAP.

      No! No, no, not 6! I said 7. Nobody's comin' up with 6. Who works out in 6 minutes? You won't even get your heart goin, not even a mouse on a wheel.

    If you want to gain muscle mass, get Personal Training Coach and load the wendler blood and chalk routine.

    Diet is more important.

    You cannot exercise away a bad diet despite the food industry funding scientists to say you can so it can continue selling processed, high carbohydrate food while blaming the consumer.

    If you need an app to think of a 7 minute workout you're not the kind of person to do the workout.

    Looks good, but no thanks. Why does a workout app need permission to:
    - precise location (GPS and network-based)
    - modify or delete the contents of your USB storage
    - full network access
    - read your contacts
    - run at startup
    etc.

    It's free because it is likely harvesting data.
