        What services do you need?
        What is the size of your property?
        Where do you live?
        Something like this

        We gonna stick the price on our quote.
        We won't change our price even we take longer time than usual to clean your property.
        We won't change our price even your property is more dirty than others.

  I guess it's a bargain because I get people to mow my lawn all the time. I haven't tried paying someone to clean though. I just rent the machine from woolworths.
