Great price just be aware these may not be loud enough for some people, (read reviews) I got a pair and returned them as at max volume they weren't loud enough. MWave were excellent at letting me return them.

    • at max volume they weren't loud enough

      They just need an amp.

Cheapest way to get that is probably a PC soundcard.

They connect via USB…. there is no easy way to put a inline amp in this model

        • Ah well then your fooked.

    • Mwave do a great job with their customer service! They don't always have the best prices, but are still my go to PC store.

    • Had the exact same problem when I purchased mine.

Took me a little while to figure out why. I realised you need to use the Windows device volume control as well as the volume control dial on the side of the headset. They are plenty loud when you figure that out. Since then I just leave Windows volume at maximum and control the volume on the dial.

I think my only criticism is the software. It does not allow for much customisation.

      • It's a bigger issue than that, even with windows volume and the headset volume at max they are still limited in volume they aren't quit by any means but I like headphones that are too loud when on max so you have head room for quiet scenes etc.

I have a pair of old PC 360 which are the same headphones but with 3.5mm plugs they are much louder on max volume just using built in sound card.

Google 373D and low volume plenty of people have found same issue YMMV depending on how loud you like things.

    • Does mwave offer a 100% refund? I bought a keyboard which I've currently had for a week. Would they give me a refund still?

      • In my case they were faulty not sure if they will do a refund for change of mind

Thanks for posting - I grabbed a set.

    Cheers,
    Bogrolls.

    • Enjoy!

  • I just ordered this Asus ROG Strix Fusion 300 Virtual 7.1 Headset for my partner, after her old set failed.

Reviews seemed good, and Amazon price was $122.10 (Including Delivery for Prime Members)
A lot cheaper than the other prices I found of $189 (+Delivery) or more.

Still waiting for them to arrive, so can't comment on quality yet,
but my last pair of headphones from Asus ROG were excellent, until they were eaten by my dog. :'(
