  Its not great. But its much much healthier then the regular stuff. And compared to stuff that one might eat while on a diet its actually not too bad.

  Did my research and no other yogurt in Australia gives you 15g protein per 100cal and also less than 5g of sugar which also doesn't taste super sour. You probably don't care about those numbers from the way you sound.
