One of the newest gaming routers on the market using the DumaOS
I use it in a small office that sometimes plays some online gaming
Decent reviews but I really want an 8 x gigabit ethernet port version.

Saw that review but I noted how most of the routers on the list are over a year old.
The number 1 Asus router is over 2 years old.
I just didn't want to invest in a new router that might be replaced any moment now.
At least the XR500 will have support for a while….. I hope

It depends on how many consumers you have of the internet.
I got this for a small office because I have staff using their phones to stream videos to the chromecast.
Other staff are using their laptops without adapters.
The wifi range I hear is good but I will find out when mine comes in.
Do note that this is one of the latest routers this year that has received high praise, mainly due to the DumaOS
It's funny how ridiculous some of these routers are starting to look. Like the new wave of gaming monitors. Cool kit just the looks on some are getting a bit OTT.
