    Ok I’ll say it.

What the heck is going on with the site ? I understand this may be a brand new business but seriously having “my site” in the title, having a “wix” websites ad across the top.

It looks seriously unprofessional. Again I get it. New side business, not much funding but professionalism is everything.

    A few other side notes

    • Your Instagram has nothing on it.

    • Your Facebook links to someone’s (your ?) personal page.

    • Googling “dream vacations Australia” doesn’t get your site

    • Your site doesn’t have a security cert configured properly

    • On contact us where it basically says “send a IM on Facebook” put the link to your facebook there.

    • under treats on here https://www.dreamvacationsau.com.au/book-a-room you can select “Kanye” - maybe that was a joke in your test environment and you forgot to remove it. I haven’t clicked through the booking but how does one pay?

I know this isn’t meant to be criticising your site but I can’t be the only one who thought this.

    • Hey,

Thanks for bringing this to our notice and we truly appreciate your feedback. We acknowledge that we have areas to work upon and can assure you we will have these issues fixed at the earliest.

      Regards,

      Dream Vacations AU

WARNING WARNING WARNING! I made a two night booking with this mob 10 days ago for the 2 night apartment stay in Sydney and showed up to the venue today. Found a non-descript electronicly secured entrance to a residential apartment building. Tried to call the number provided on their "website" only to find out it's a third party answering service who's only option for contacting the Agent was via email! Waited over an hour with no response. Found an email address for Dream Vacations on their Facebook page (was not available on their "website") and wrote to the the supposed owner directly. Finally got a response 15 minutes later saying that all bookings made for Melbourne and Sydney had been cancelled and she had emails showing that she had communicated this fact. NOT TRUE!! (and she failed to produce any such evidence). She claimed a refund was in process but time will tell. By all means, please stay away from this dodgy outfit! If anyone has has suggestions on actions to take against this company I'm all ears! We drove over an hour to get to this place for shows we had booked in the city. Because of the long weekend, no last minute accommodation was available and we had no option but to drive all the way back home. Grrrrr!
