  My order and a friend’s order for the pump was cancelled due to unable to fulfill. Not sure if this is going to the same case.

    We saw many orders for the pump were cancelled last week and we thought they were cancelled by customers themselves…But actually, those orders were cancelled by Amazon (not seller or users) without any reason. We had no idea of what has happened. Really sorry for that :(
