    • From my understanding it is for all. But it doesn't stack so you will lose x number of months.

    • My experience it only works for new accounts. Received an invalid voucher error when trying to top-up my existing account. I've now ported out and now waiting for my new SIM to arrive so I can port back in

        • You could get a free Telstra sim. Just search it up on OzBargain.

  • But is this really for new customers? I already on this plan myself and I want to buy again for my son and in law, will they allow me to activate? Since the 2 mobile numbers are under me and my wife's name, which is what currently our BOGOF plan exactly on the same names.

    • Are you porting in the numbers?

      • Yes, but they are my other numbers, one is with VF and one is with Telstra, I do own 2 different numbers.

        • If you are porting in then that is ok as they will be new to Kogan. Even if you use the same contact email address.

  • Damn my current Kogan BOGOF from the last time they offered this deal expires on 2nd December but this one requires activation before 31st October. Should I get this and go through some number porting shenanigans to get back on? I'm on the 32gb XL 365 day prepaid plan too.

  • I put in my code for a 365 day plan, and it instantly took over my 30 day plan, which was like 5 days in. I assumed it would activate after that one expires.

    Worth giving Kogan a call? Will they give me a free month?

      Rookie error…Probably have to suck this one up as I am sure it's in the TnC.

      • Gave them a call and they extended my 365 day plan by two weeks. (I had about 3 weeks left on the 30 days). Better than nothing!

          Two weeks means nothing when you will be renewing another 365 days plan well before it expires anyway.

      • I didn't do the bogof deal. Just bought a 365 plan - that one lets you add to exisiting

  • So i ported out to a free Telstra sim card waited a day and tried to port back to Kogan but when i put the voucher number it says invalid number, if i use the number that came with the sim card it works any suggestions

    • You need to wait a minimum of 30 days before you can port back to Kogan.

  • Any issues with service with Kogan mobile?

    • I have used them for 2 years and its just Vodafone. No problems yet

      • Same for me for the last year.
        Only thing was the BOGOF not available to current users so I ported out for a month (to Belong) and just ported back in for another year.
        For the same cost to maintain the Medium plan with 7GB of data, I now have the Large plan with 17GB of data.
