  • Hi OP, is Thor your real name?

  • Would love a deal on a zoomable one. Never needed ones with flashing and what have you features.

    • No zoomable flashlight available in ThorFire Amazon AU now. But more lights will be added in the future. Thanks for your comment and we will take that as reference for future products releasing.

    • Zoomable sounds good in theory, but the efficiency, durability, and usability of the light is sacrificed massively. You are much better off getting a light with a wide range of outputs, so up close (reading at night for example) it can be dim and if you need to see far you just turn it up.

  • I don’t have one of these lights personally but I personally own quite a collection from Thorfire, from their 14500 TG06S to the Q8. Having said that, the TG06S is very bright for its size but costs about the same as these 18650 ones, I would say these 18650 torches will be great to carry around in your pocket or bag due to their small size.

However, if you are looking for a thrower, the C8S is the go to flashlight for size to range ratio. I recently took a C8S and a Q8 to a prawning trip, and the Q8 was just amazing in providing light around you while the C8S making a great lightweight thrower.

  • Where can one find reliable (Not counterfeit) and cheap 18650s in Australia?

  • How do you decide between the 15 and 15S ? I need something for security work patrol mainly.
