      There are a few out there that will give you a boost.. when combined with diet and exercise.

      Of course all the really good ones are illegal.

      That's beause you're right. The only way to "burn fat" was researched very well in the book "big fat myths". Pure n simply… breath more (because that's where the fat goes). It's explained to the molecular level.

    I tried these for two years and it didn't burn fat, it burned muscle!

    Half an aspirin, pseudo ephedrine over the counter of your choice and a shot of straight coffee. Wait 15 mins , begin cardio.
    Works a treat.

      Not sure about ephedrine with these two. But I used to take an aspirin, a quick drink of blend43 coffee with cold water and then do cardio at 5 AM. Within 3 months I dropped from 15% to 5% bf and the rest is history. All this, of course, combined with a great diet and good resistance training.

        Nasal decongestants from chemist , behind the counter. Might give you a funny look but too bad for them , it’s not illegal. Will just need to show your licence. Use half a tab each day to start. Do it in the morning before food obviously and you will get better results (I did) if you don’t have carbs for dinner the night before.
