    Look for cooler boxes in Kmart, BigW or Aussie Disposals. they work best for sous vide as they maintain the water temperature. If using a stick type unit like Anova, just drill the top a few millimeters bigger than the immersion stick diameter. It works far better.

      Yeah the Anova. Is there any particular material for the esky or are they all BPA free/food grade?

          @SBOB: Yeah i know just thinking ahead in the event of a bag break etc during a long cook. I'm using the BPA free sandwich bags at the moment but am yet to do a cook above 57c.
