The one close to the Gabba? Have you been there before? Any info would be nice as I’m interested in taking the missus. Thanks :)

      • +1

Yeah that's the one, it's a nice place, I'd highly recommend it! Might be worth getting a seat outside or close to the door as it can get a bit stuffy inside when it's busy

  • just in time for brunch tomorrow :)
    thanks!

  • Finish Powerball classic $49.95 for 340

I never thought I'd be this excited about something that isn't maths.
This is insane. Thanks TA, CR and Groupon!

    • +2

This is maths! It's like 15% + 15% = 27% or something. Please enlighten us.

      • +1

        1-(0.85*0.85)=27.75% discount

        • Well if it is like eBay the CR is paid on the total before discount. So it would literally be 30%, not sure how CR calculates the cash back though

          • @knobbs: Can confirm that CR is calculated on the post-discount price.

          • @knobbs: If we have a $10 item the Groupon code brings it down to $8.50

CR is only on the non GST price I think yeah?

If so for a $8.50 item ex GST is $7.73. CR 15% on that would be $1.15

            $8.50 - $1.15 = $7.35

So the total discount for this promo is 26.5%

Agree with MathNerd!! This is really exciting!! Can't wait till midnight. It's like Christmas! 😄

  • Did anyone else get their Groupon purchases rejected from last sale?

    Any sitewide travel vouchers?

  • +1

Bit annoying that it only applies to 1x product or service per order. So if I get 2x of something, it only applies to 1x of them. Can't just buy in separate orders cause you get slugged for $9.95 shipping each time

    • Man you're right, that is annoying. The things I bought were vouchers so lucky there wasn't any shipping cost.

  • Thanks OP, bought milk tea from a frenchy deco place near my fav lunchtime sushi place.

  • How do I purchase an insure and go policy through Groupon because details need to be entered to purchase I clicked buy now but it just gave me a receipt for $0.

    • The insure and go through Groupon is only for a % coupon to use on their own site, not a policy itself
