    My advise is don't buy anything from Sony online store.
    Warranty is a mess not worth dealing with.
    They don't answer email.
    Playstation support will tell you to contact retailer.
    Retailer phone number link to Sony Electronics, which the operator will tell you to go back to Playstation support, but got no phone number to directly contact Sony store which is the retailer.
    Going around the circles.

    Just pay the 1 buck more and buy from Amazon.

    I have given up with Sony and moving to Xbox.

      Understand you had a bad experience. I just wanted to help people that help me everyday by posting bargains. If you like try calling -1300-137-669. Log a case. They send a ra with collection covered. Had an issue with a playstation they sent a new one. Sony are the company that distribute to other retailers and set procedures for them to return.

        1300137669 you'll hear a option for playstation support call another number.
        Then when you call the other number they make you call the retailer which is again 1300137669.
        Then you'll have no choice but to select electronics support so you can talk to a real person.
        Then the real person will make you call playstation support.
        And on and on….

        Eventually I have to write a email that threatens to involve consumer affairs in order to get their attention.

        At this price it's a good deal, not going to neg a good deal.
        Just telling people perhaps they could buy elsewhere for a dollar more.

      My PS4 broken a year ago.
      Call Sony and they ask me to send it to them.
      Few days later, got another PS4 from them with extra controller in it. That's a great service :D
