    I bought the 12 month Game Pass sub on 20 September, and got the free month code on the 27 September, so the 12 month subscriptions appear to be eligible.

    Frustratingly, I still haven’t received the bonus Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7 codes.

        I had to contact xbox support to get my codes. I was told they send out the codes twice weekly so nobody should have to wait more than 14 days. They escalated my case to the team handling the promotion as my order was over 14 days ago and I received my codes first thing next morning.

        My advice would be to contact them if you still haven't received them after 14 days has passed. I used the online chat on xbox.com.

    Actually, i was about to buy the 1 month for 1 month free for $11, then i thought i'd check the 3 month price, and it's actually way better, it's $16.43 atm. LOL so i would post that as the deal tbh.

    edit: plus according to above comments, you should get the free month for the 3 month too, making it 4 months for $16.43

      I just signed up last night as well extending my existing game pass expires on 18th October. It's promoted 50% gamepass for 3 months. So I snatch it.

          I believe it’s targetted, if you are eligible it will be on the Live tile on the home page. Interestingly I had the 3 month offer a week ago and purchased it. It disappeared for a few days and then reappeared allowing the half price “Extend”!for anotherv3 months.

        Well i was just playing Forza and on the Xbox dashboard it says on the main page 3 months is 50% off. Also on the website i simply selected 3 months from the drop-down box. No idea why it wouldnt be there for you?

    stupid question: do you need xbox live gold to get access to this as well or can you download the games without having live? I really cbf playing online and i'd rather play the offline games.

      Xbox Gold not required, only needed for online multiplayer and more free games.

      Thanks for the heads up, nearly pulled the trigger and can confirm the terms were updated on 10/10:

      Existing Xbox Game Pass members who use PayPal as their recurring billing payment method and make an automatic Game Pass monthly payment will be entered into the sweepstakes; they will not receive a bonus 1-month bonus Game Pass.

      contacted xbox support about it, they dont send it in an email it was in my xbox accounts messages. on the windows 10 xbox app up the top right it showed as a message from xbox live
