Has been marked as a targeted offer, I see no issue with it - for what it's worth dominos could be bulk mailing everyone now who hasn't ordered for a while with coupons. If you got one, you'd think it is a deal.

I also received the email yesterday. Tried using it, but apparently the voucher/code is not valid for the store nearby.
