Hi edshays! Yes, you are right, there are also Panamax 100 packs and Parapane 100 packs available in store that represent better value :-)

None whatsoever. Same active ingredient at the same strength.
Still, the power of good marketing means a lot of the paying public honestly believe a branded product is better. Mrs. C worked in a pharmacy for years and was astounded at just how many people were happy to pay 4x more for exactly the same drug that said 'Panadol' on the front, simply because they had the perception it was somehow superior. She gave up trying in the end and just took their money. People can be dumb sometimes.

In North America, you'll struggle to find anything like 'Paracetemol' (some of you may already know this).
Over there, they call it Tylenol (brand) or acetaminophen (drug).
However, it's not just 2 names for the same thing, as it turns out the full name is actually: acetyl-para-aminophenol,
and depending on which letters you remove, you either get para-acetylaminophenol, para-acetylaminophenol, or para-acetylaminophenol[Insert Panadol comment here]

And make your own Nuromol on the cheap by taking one ibuprofen 200mg and one paracetamol 500mg (both home brand of course).
You can enhance their effects by adding a cup of coffee or a can of cola to give you caffeine, which expands your blood vessels and alleviates some pressure.
Granules India is one of the major supplier of paracetamol all over the world. Whether you buy Panadol, Panamax or any local brand all of these tablets are made from same paracetamol.
Clearly not a bargain when all four major supermarkets in the country have this for cheaper.
