Supposedly targeted to Woolies shareholders but its a generic link with a generic barcode so enjoy.

        I think they were asking if regular checkout accepts a printed copy, not if self checkout can read a digital copy.

        Also, concerning digital barcodes being read at self checkout, some work some don't.

      looks like it almost stacks with the 3x points I had on my card

    The barcode on the voucherif that is someone's card wont the points to go them??

      No. You have to scan your rewards card and this barcode as well.

      can confirm it works just had to get the lady at self-service checkout to enter the barcode as the code wouldn't scan.

      Depends on the checkout, where I am it's about a 50/50 chance of the checkout reading from phones, so I always just use the same checkout.

          Yep, already do. It doesn't make a difference.

          Some checkouts can scan the codes instantly, others you can be trying for minutes without any luck. The staff are also aware and sometimes offer to bring up a screen for it to be entered manually.

          It's more common in my experience for a self checkout to have a register that won't scan phones.

    Tried to scan the barcode while checking out.. couldn't get scanned. Not sure if the issue was terminal (some terminals can't scan digital barcodes - you need a physical card) or the barcode itself.

      Only the newer terminals or the ones that say "hybrid" can scan phones.

    For scanning issue from phones.
    If you have Samsung phone just add it to Samsung pay as your loyalty card.
    It worked everytime for me:)
