  • so is this SATA connection or what?

    • It's M.2.

M.2 is a physical format specification (the port you plug it into, the space left for "ruler shaped" devices on your motherboard.

SATA or NVMe is the logical interface (the type of controller on the SSD which determines its transfer speed)

      Sata is like language,
      Nvme is like race

      • nonsense

  • Do you have to pay 10% GST on top of that?

    • Looks like it, comes to $230.33 on checkout.

  • i bought one off amazon two days ago for about same price + free shipping and then i get 10% cashback later… but now amazon increased price to $300…

  • Is there a TB case that supports M2 SATA devices ? with USB3 fallback until i upgrade my Surface Pro3 to something with TB (any damn manufacturer except MS seems to support TB these days)i guess 4 channel TB so I can run and eGPU as well and just use it as a dock when doing video editing, I am not keeping up with this new fangled stuff and relying on the good graces of folks in here for pointers :) this would replace my desktop when docked and still be used as a portable (replacing my SP3) when out 'n about
