I believe swann is a cheap brand. It looks like they pretty much copied arlo for the look and mount.

Pretty much every friend of mine who has a swann has had at least 1 camera die on them.
Customer service is non existent, expect to call multiple times and be placed on hold to chase up repairs.
Thanks guys, one of the few rare times ozbargain have saved me from impulse buy.
From experiences, Swann cam image quality are awful, worser then some if the cheap Chinese brand.
Save torward a Arlo Pro or Pro 2.
I have Swann system (not this one) and I am pretty happy with it. No issues in the year or so I have had the cameras running.
This one though is a fairly low resolution - 2MP - so while the picture quality will be okay in good conditions, it won’t be when it is marginal or if you have to magnify the image. I would suggest at least 3MP or better still 4 or 5, but if this is all you can afford and you want something without cables……
But thanks OP for the 25% coupon off other cameras - I only have 4 and my system can handle 8. Another angle or a spare will be good.
