      I'm happy with mine. Bought an S9 last go. No complaints re phone itself. Was Telstra stock as when i reset again had some of their stuff added but i just deleted again. Phones been great apart from the terrible battery life of S9's in general lol

        Actually one complaint, maybe because i'm not a Telstra customer but default MMS size is set at 1mb which i can't change so i can't MMS pictures using the inbuilt samsung messaging app…I had to download some other one (Pulse) to use for SMS which allows me to set max mms size manually

      I got 2 S8s. One was perfect. The other had some scratches in the screen. Phonebot did offer to refund but I didn't bother as with a screen protector on I don't notice

          If you read the text under the artwork it says unless stated otherwise. I know its confusing and iv already raised the ticket to get it resolved. But on the product listing theres a dropdown under warranty says 12 month. Hope this clarifies. thanks

        Samsung AU normally gives a 24 months warranty on their phones.
        Is 12 months a some kind of special arrangement you have with them on refurbs?

        Well must just be phones since my Fit 2 i ordered out of your last post rocked up with no cradle/cable/charger so i have no way of using it. Emailed you guys, no reply. Put something in the last deal and no reply there also.

        So watch out for that people. Plus the last post stated they arent repairs and yet the busted up box it came in had a green sticker on it with a tick next to 'repaired'.

            @erroorfree: Same here, received a s2 sport watch,no usb cable and the power adapter pins have been bent to the extremes and i refuse to use it. Tried contacting but hear nothing back, never received a tax invoice either after asking for one.

    I purchased the S8+ from the previous deal. Phone arrived in a generic white box, but was in fantastic condition (no visible difference to a new phone). Phone has telstra branding on the initial loading screen.

    Overall I though it was great value for the price. very happy.

      For an Australian market, I don't think so. The only official Australian stock high end spec Samsung phone that comes with dual sim is Note 9.

      Keep in mind you will not have VoLTE/VoWiFi/Local Samsung Pay etc on an overseas dual-sim model of S9/S9+. Unlike with S7/S8, so far it hasn't been possible to change the country code to Austrlia for S9 without tripping Samsung Knox (and hence loosing warranty). Some people had luck with a secret code (*#272*IMEI#) but very few ones on a very early versions of firmware and only on Singapore devices, AFAIK.

    Bought a Gear S2 from the last deal. Description on the site was "as new" and while the packaging had visible signs of opening, all the products had their manufacturer protecting plastic stuff and everything was clear of fingerprints and marks. Looked like new.
    The email I got did say something about a 7 day refund, "no questions asked" but I can't find anything about this on the T&C's. Can you please explain?

    i don't understand with this dual sim feature. If I want to add microsd 256gb, do I need the dual sim phone? In other words, single sim phone can't accommodate microsd? Still using good old Note 4 with single sim and a dedicated microsd slot.

      sdcard slot has nothing to do with being dual sim. You can have single sim + sd card slot like your note 4 or dual sim + sd card slot.

            either you have 2 sims or 1 sim 1 microsd, you can't have 2 sims and 1 microsd.
