I believe this is the cheapest I have ever seen them. These are one of the most stylish and best sounding portable headphones out there, and have been for years. These are not the wireless ones, so they do not have Noise-Cancellation. But they are closed headphones, so if you have music playing, it's very hard to hear others around you or for them to hear what you're listening to (isolation is great on these from my personal testing). They do sound better than the wireless ones in my opinion (sound stage is not as narrow as the wireless, bass is more punchy and detailed, and mids are clearer).

Up until a few weeks ago JBHiFi had them for $449, but they are currently $284 at JBHiFi, and a few months back they had them for $299. So their price has been going up and down over the last few months, but as I mentioned at the start of the description, I believe this is the lowest price I have seen them in Australia, with free delivery as well.

Personally I run these with a Fiio Q1 Mark II DAC/AMP which I purchased from AddictedToAudio, and I use the NewFantasia Replacement Audio Upgrade Cable for Sennheiser Momentum, which is available on Amazon AU too.

Great price! Got them from ATA some time ago for use when travelling (they're super portable, comfortable on long hauls, good isolation and have an enjoyable sound, even if not entirely accurate). Highly recommend at this price.

      Good sound advice.

    • This is helpful if you are travelling in a new country!

  • I have the wireless version.. if the cups on these are the same size as the wireless be careful if you haven’t tried them before. My ear hurts after 3-4 hours and I don’t think I have big ears.

I have the plantronics backbeat pro 2 as well. Even though a lot cheaper but I feel much more comfortable. Fell asleep with them on a few times and woke up with them still on and ears feel fine.

    • Same problem for me after 1-2 hours. Rotating the cups seems to help a bit.

The wireless version has a stronger clamp (tighter on your head). So although the cups are the same size, the wired version sits more relaxed on your head, and I've warn them for 5+ hours without my ears hurting.

    • I have these (wired version) and have never had this issue, the cups sit comfortably around my ears, I've fallen asleep on multiple planes with them on. Maybe I have smaller ears

I went to purchase a pair of these when the sennheiser refurbished sale was running for $150, turns out they overestimated their stock and ended up sending me a new pair for $150 with full warranty. Best pair of headphones im ever going to get for that little money

    • Damn that beats me getting them for $170. When I got my Pixel 2 XL from JBHIFI, the manager applied a managers discount for me. Great headphones, love them. If you use them with your phone, consider testing them with a Fiio Q1 Mark II.
