Yep, definitely the Gen 3. I myself have been searching a fair bit recently to find a Gen 4 Venture. Havent found anything in Australia yet, all the Gen 4s are out of stock on the Fossil AU website. Harvey Norman are simply trying to get rid of old stock before the Gen 4s become more widely available.

I recently bought an Explorist Gen 4 (HR). The website is weird. They say that half the Explorist watches are out of stock and I even contacted them about one and they said the Smoke stainless steel colour wasn't available in Australia.. It is. So I ended up getting it from a Fossil store directly and at the moment they have a deal on where you can trade in ANY watch towards the Explorist and the Venture Gen 4 and get 20% off.
The thing is, I didn't have an old watch to trade in, so I went over to Big W, grabbed a $10 watch at random and took that back to the Fossil store and hey presto, they gave me 20% off.
