I also picked one up. Thanks OP for both the watch and making me spend money. (Also had an offer of $250 accepted and $230 declined so not sure if there is a sweet spot between there).

      • +1

My order of $245 got declined so $250 is definitely the sweet spot!

Ticks the boxes for me - sapphire and perpetual calendar. I have a very similar Citizen in silver with similar features (but with GMT) I bought for $399 from Star Buy. Like it so much had to get this in gold. Love the black and gold combo. Cheers!!

        • That makes me happy to hear. $225 after PROPER10 is fantastic value considering the cheapest I could find this model for was here $367.20 after PEARTREE. $459 prior.

        • Good on you for finds ng the sweet spot! The citizen outlet store always seems to have preordained automatic offer acceptance on their stuff - always let's us get that extra bit off.

  • Amazing price for such a nice watch.

  • Listong ended can't see it relisted yet.

    • Hmm - it was re-listed with 4 available, then I got a "This offer has ended" when I refreshed the page after succesfully offering $250. It offered a link to another page with the same model - with 10 available…

I know Citizen are kosher, but I am imagining Santa's little elves frantically painting silver ones gold to keep up with Ozbargainers while a goblin overseer stands over them with a whip.
BTW I'm not sure whether to thank you or curse you OP - I only have two wrists but this was irresistable.

[BTW mods: New listing for 10 more: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/283247722907?ViewItem=&item=2832… ]

  • Offer of 245 was rejected

Edit: clarified earlier, but instant acceptance
    of offer at 250$

  • Instant acceptance here of $250 also. Didn't need another gold watch but did want a gold watch with black face.

I'm going to need a bigger case soon/now.

    Thanks OP.

  • No more stock? Listing has ended on @terrys comment posted 45 mins ago from this comment.

    • Click visit store then find the watch that way. I clicked the link posted here and just ended up in a "view relished item" loop.

      • That "similar item" line now offering a nice looking $4 piece of stainless China somewhat appropriately branded "Yazole".

Three sell-outs after the item refreseshed - and 34 ticks.

I wonder if that's as many as they had?

I'm ashamed to admit one of the reasons I bought this is to hide it in a drawer for a week just to see the hands spin arouns as it catches up.

[The hands stop moving after 1/2 an hour of darkness, but rotate to the correct time on fresh exposure to light. It will store the power to do this for ~ 7 months after a full charge, and will store all settings and keep track of the time/date for 18 months and reset when the charge builds up again after light exposure.]

Did the whole stotr close down? Cannot seem to find it. Already got one but wanted to buy another as a gift. Any worry in none of the watches being listed any longer?

  • I haven't had a gold Citizen. Does the colour fade or is it pretty much permanent?

    • +1

Not in my experience. Have a few in the draw & all look new. Sapphire screen for scratch resistance.

    That is one ugly watch!

    Finally a men's gold Eco Drive….. & I missed it.

They have had technical difficulties and I have been informed that they will put up all their items back up on the Ebay store this afternoon or tomorrow morning.

As far as I know the item was never sold out, more so just pulled off along with all other watches

      • Thanks for this. Picked up this one for myself but my partner saw into on the outlet she liked. Nearly a disaster!

      • Theyll be back up… But at what price :|

      • +1

I can see all other items are back up except this watch :/

        • Same for me. Listings are back for other watches but BL8142-84E nowhere to be found.

Mine has just arrived this afternoon. It needed a charge - it was working but went into low-power mode after trying to wind the hands around to "local" time. A lot lighter than I expected [134g/4.73 oz with two links removed] but still feels solid enough. The link pins are very very tight.
You can see the lume working after moving from bright sunlight to a normally lit living room. The band snaps together securly, and releases easily when you press the sides. The Gold/lume hands against the black dial are easily visible in brght sunlight and quite obtuse angles.
Did I mention that it is shiny?

    • Just out of curiosity, when did you order. Got confirmation of preparing for delivery a day after, but haven't seen anything since I bought wednesday of last week!

      • I ordered on the 7th.

        • Hmm, thanks! I'll send off an email I suppose.

  • If anyone in Perth doesn't want their one let me know :)

Watch eventually arrived. Very happy with the overall colour, style and size. Beautiful timepiece.

It was dead flat, reference was way out and times all over the place. Takes a while to set and the manual was useless so I tracked down this video which made it a lot clearer.

    Enjoy!
