    I've just signed up for VIP membership, i guess i'll have to wait until they mail me my VIP card? then in theory i can take the image of the coupon provided here, go to store, pickup my items, present VIP card and image of coupon and I'm set?

                      (It might have worked if I didn't do that, but didn;t want to risk trying)

    Coupon from the phone (or physical, if they don't ask you to surrender) can be reused any number of times over the promotional period. But only once per day.

    Items on clearance cannot be returned for change of mind return. Christmas items full priced or sale cannot be returned post Christmas (slacked off last year and took some lights back after Christmas, which they didn't accept).

    Also, they now insist that all cut fabrics be paid at the cutting desk, so remember to pick other items that you are purchasing to make up $100 before you come to cutting desk. Leading up to Christmas or any weekend there's a long wait at cutting desk.

    I didn't get the email and have lost my card but confirm it worked in store. Just told them my membership number and they scanned a screen shot of the coupon.

    Same screen shot was used by my partner in a separate transaction in store.

    It worked for me just then. Tried to buy some quilt covers but rejected first time, I removed "sale" and left with "clearance" items and they went through. So maybe some are excluded.

    The Koo 400 TC sheet sets are good value. Really nice Cotton sheets for $49 for queen. Compared to the 800/1000tc Koo sheets sets for like $89/$130 or so I couldn't feel much difference. Other sheets were cotton/polyester blend which didn't feel as nice.

      Dunlopillo does a firm feel pillow. We use the classic feel and it's so much better than a $200 memory foam Tempur pillow I once bought.

    Just a heads up, my wife used it in store yesterday. They accepted it but made a huge deal about how they shouldn't be accepting it. She is a VIP member but didn't get this offer emailed. She said it was pretty embarrassing..

      sorry to hear that happened! they send them in the catalog and the codes are generic so I dont see why they made a fuss. A lady in front of me spent over $100, i told her about the deal before she paid and they even got the code out for her.

      I will take another screen shot without my phone background in there so it is more generic.
