I've had my eye on the Yoga 730 for a little while now and Lenovo have reduced the price to $1499 on their eBay store with an additional $100 off if you are an eBay Plus member, making it $1399 delivered. Pretty decent value for this laptop I think. I went on the Lenovo site and saw that it mentions a second slot is available if you want to upgrade to 16GB of ram after purchase.

    Great deal! Too bad it's not an i7 but supposedly the i5 performs quite similarly (and sometimes better) during normal use? Anyone have one and can comment?

    I've had the XPS 15 and am currently on a i7 13" x360 Spectre but I think this would make a good laptop for my wife who does some basic video editing and wants something fairly light, durable and 15"…

      Apparently the 730 is one of the better Lenovos. Better than Dell Inspiron but not as good as Lenovo T series

      I'm not sure how many hours people are actually getting on these but the Lenovo site is saying FHD models are up to 11 hours.

    1.89kg's and battery life 9 hours(UHD) 11 hours (FHD) but in the real world much less battery life than this I suspect.
    My point is that the battery life and weight should be two of the main specs displayed a specs for the product.
