    For Pixel 2XL - Are these A grade or Like New?

    Your link on the body of the deal says A grade but the webpage on your site says Like New.

    Also, from your page, it sounds like:

    A grade has 6 Months Warranty with you guys (ie. not Google)
    and
    Like new has 12 Months Warranty with you guys (ie. not Google)

    Therefore, there is no warranty offered by Google with these phones. Am I correct in saying that?

        I received an email from [email protected] last week who provided me a tracking number. It still hasn't been sent out yet and it has no updates on Auspost.           we sent you a replacement which got lost in post & not showing via auspost tracking which iv told you multiple times that im chasing up with auspost. you claim we have deceived you by sending a fake tracking number. you start trolling and leaving fake reviews and leaving comments regarding unanswered queries. iv been professional with you every step along the way and responded to your emails. Kindly send the original blue case back to us for a refund. Am sorry but your behavior is unwarranted and we do not want to deal with you anymore

I tried contacting you through every way possible and the only time you actually responded was when I left a bad review on Google and commenting on your live post on Ozbargain. This has been my experience with your store and I am not leaving any "fake reviews"

Then you emailed us, my manager responded that hes looking into it and get this sorted. You were sent a tracking later that doesnt show up on auspost that were still chasing with auspost. you assumed its fake and left a fake a review based on your assumptions.

              You left a comment last night only and iv responded in the morning. Where exactly have i "never once communicated" with you?

                        @erroorfree: How is this in any way fishy when you just said the replacement you sent out was LOST?! whether it's a $14 case or a $1400 phone, it shouldn't matter. I purchased an item from your store and you sent me the wrong one. It's that simple.
