          Only the routes from the Airport qualify for Velocity points - play around with the different routes and you'll see the Velocity section pop up

    Has anyone had issue ordering autobarn buy and collect? I tried to buy some cheap item, but it keep pop up as item code no valid or please enter suburb or postcode.
    Any help would be appreciated, trying to avoid physically go to autobarn if possible.

    Might be a problem for Autobarn purchases.

    I bought the bucket but had no confirmation of the Velocity number on my order and it wasn't in my account.

    I just called the store and they told me they scan it in when you pick up the order. This is an issue as I had no intention of collecting because the store is quite far away.

      Okay so I made a special trip at lunchtime - there was nothing on my receipt. They had to add it manually i.e. actually type in the card number and name before I got a receipt with it recorded on there.

      Worth knowing for anyone else doing an online order and not planning to collect - you may not get the points…

          The points for Wilson parking can take up to 28 days - it is mentioned in the terms. I assume some of the other partners would be the same. Means you need to spend sooner rather than later so that the points arrive before the end of the promo.

      You can link one velocity account at a time to your flybuys.
      You can also change the linked account at any time i believe.

        Yep, use the one flybuys account and switch the velocity accounts. Just need to make sure that the surname and DOB that you are transferring to are listed in your Flybuys account. Just create additional cardholders if there isn't

      I tend to use incognito mode when shopping through the eStore. Have had successful tracking for iTunes, David Jones, Sony, Clinique and Book Depository in the past month (the qualifying e-mail normally gets sent the next buisness day)

        Is there a Velocity e-store rep reading this? Just over an hour after i commented this and I received an email advising my spend from the 25.11.18 was tracked. Via eBay. Starlight foundation did NOT work for me but who knows, may have been related to cookies…

    Do you need show up at Wilson parking and swipe velocity card to get the ponits or just put the velocity number on the order when you make the booking.

      You have to enter the velocity number when booking online. Physical velocity cards won’t work at the car park.

      Not sure if you still get the velocity points if you don’t actually park. Can anyone confirm (I’ve already done my Wilson parking, $15 early bird in Melbourne CBD for work which I will get reimbursed for!)

    I can’t see why you’d need to physically go to Wilson’s once paid and Velocity and cc details gone through. Same as buying a bucket at Autobarn on line and not picking it up (although you’d be making a nuisance of yourself for the shoppies in that instance).

              There are two possibilities. It takes one working day for a purchase to display as ‘Pending’ and up to 30 days on average for Velocity Points to be credited to your Account. *. International Retailer transactions may take up to 5 days to appear as ‘Pending’.

              Alternatively, it may be that at the time of purchase, your internet browser cookies were disabled. Cookies allow us to track your purchase and without them the system is unable to allocate Points to your Account. Read more about cookies.

    $2 dollar donation - can see as pending in estore
    $8 wilson car park - can't see anything pending
    11$ skybus - nothing pending. worrying their invoice/booking has 0 points for velocity number.
    $1.99 autobahn - nothing pending

    with flybuys am not convinced a transfer would be ok. will wait to see others experience. failing that there's a 1000 point guide dog donation which would most likely count.

      1)BP: YES, as usual, shows up pretty much within 48 to 72 hours.
      2)Wilson car park: Nothing.
      3)Autobarn: Nothing yet, but I have the receipt with my Velocity number on it saying "Congratulation you earned bla bla…"

      I will do a $2 donation since you confirmed it works.

      I'll transfer Flybuys points once I accumulate 2000 points.

      the only way to earn velocity from flybuys would be via transfer, so you should be ok.

    Hi everyone

    I am trying to buy a $10 E-gift voucher from Onsport. When I get to the page with the product and try to add it to my bag it is saying that I need to select the colour and size but there are no drop down boxes for this. It is just blank.

    I have tried this with different browsers, all with the same result. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

    Is this some sort of thing I will find out in a few months I didnt make criteria aka wasting my time?

      They say up 3 months after promo ends. So could be as late as April.

      I wouldn’t be planning on the points by Feb.

      It should be on your receipt that you earned x Velocity points. Did you get one receipt or two receipts? Usually it's on the receipt with all the EFTPOS stuff

          You did inform the station attendant that you wanted to swipe your Velocity card right? It's done through the EFTPOS machine. The machine will look like you're wanting to pay by EFTPOS, but it'll pick up your Velocity card as it's checking to see whether you have $10 to redeem if enabled.

    Just like to inform all that I booked a bay with Wilson on friday last (23rd) and the 23 points are already in my account. This was after inputting my VFF number in at the time of booking.

    Total time delay - 24 hours.

    Just got 5 confirmation separate emails regarding eStore purchase:

    Looks like they are batching these notifications - as you can see, this purchase was made last Wednesday.

    Does anyone know if family pooling affects this promo?
    My wife's points automatically comes over to mine, hence her account is always zero (there is a record on her activities that her points pooled over to mine).
    Looking to get 10,000 points for each of us.
    I'm assuming this is OK..
